A patient support kit that saw success far beyond the original scope. What was originally intended as a simple Canadian market adaptation became a comprehensive, well-researched, CNIB-reviewed tool for the visually impaired. Not only was the final product re-adapted outside the Canadian market, non-profit organizations for the visually impaired reached out directly to Novartis to offer the tool independently to their own clients.
The kit contained a wiro-bound living guide, a disease state brochure, an AMSLR grid and a magnifying glass, presented in a cardboard housing kit.
